For some arts professionals, 1-on-1 Coaching is cost-prohibitive.

And yet, sometimes my Coaching clients who achieve the greatest impact are the ones who can least afford it. They also tend to be the ones who don’t feel they can ask their employer to sponsor their Coaching.

Meanwhile, most organisations want to better support their teams. But HR and training budgets are more squeezed than ever.

So my Company Coaching Package is designed for maximum impact and minimum cost.

For £295 per month for six months, I provide two hours of coaching each month split across your team however and whenever you need it.

You could offer four team members a half hour session each; or provide a newly promoted manager with a 2 hour deep dive. Sessions can be booked in advance or last minute so can either be proactive or reactive to what’s happening for you and your organisation.

Previous clients include Senior Producers, Producers, General Managers, Director of Communications, Executive Directors, and Artistic Directors from Edinburgh International Festival, Neal Street Productions, English Touring Opera, New Adventures, Trigger, Punchdrunk and AKA.
