Done properly - with humility, inter-dependence and mutual respect - it transforms your company’s impact whilst bolstering your own capacity.

It requires complete trust, seamless communication, complementary but distinct competencies, shared values, crystal-clear division of responsibility and joint accountability.

But it’s a big ask for Co-Leaders to carve out the time, headspace and safespace to do this work themselves.

Whether you’re an Artistic Director & Executive Director team, co-CEOs or joint-Founders, having an objective professional ally will help you build a foundation of trust, strategise a shared vision and navigate challenges - together.
