As our experience grows and we become more senior, it gets harder and harder to appraise our strengths and understand our areas for development.

Often we’re too busy to find time to hear genuinely productive feedback - or the mechanisms just aren’t in place to facilitate it.

And yet, it is vital we do. Not only to enable us to keep improving but to give us a much-need confidence boost.

As they say, you can’t read the label from inside the bottle.

So If you want to reveal your blind spots, hear objective feedback about your strengths and better understand how other people see you I will hold a safe and productive 360 degree appraisal process for you.

The 360 degree appraisal process begins with a 45-minute Coaching Session and online Strengths Assessment.

It then involves you identifying three or four trusted ‘stake-holders’ - current or past colleagues, combining line-managers, peers and direct reports - who will talk to me confidentially and anonymously about your strengths and areas for development.

We will then review these results together alongside your own self-assessment in a second 45-minute Coaching session and set professional development goals accordingly.
