Hi, I’m George.

I'm a Coach specialising in supporting arts professionals to navigate change.

For 20 years I was a Theatre Director and ran the UK’s national theatre of new plays Paines Plough.

I toured productions all over the world, built the planet’s first pop-up plug-and-play amphitheatre and got a medal from the Queen.
It was great.
But one day I woke up and knew it was time to make a change.

It took a year of soul-searching, failed experiments, support from my wife, coaching and courage, but I found my path.
